Makeshift Mountain

It was 6.30 in the morning. I was walking with my dogs, taking my usual route around our block I use every morning. Suddenly I noticed that something was wrong: I knew there was a small hill about half a kilometer away on my right side, but at this time it looked like a huge mountain. There were clouds hanging really low, and at the dim light of the morning the clouds were darker than the sky, causing together with the shadow of the real hill an impression of a silhouette of much larger mountain.
